This is not largely for dungeon rumors, but the sort of thing that people might talk about happening one town over, or on the other side of the kingdom. Basically all rumors are twisted in the telling (with the truth in parentheticals). I would use this to both give a rumor and get an oracle on what a nearby area is up to, if I don’t keep track by other means. If I know something is already established in my notes to be happening there, it would still be a good idea to muddle up its cause or effect when word of it reaches the PCs.
